The Human Nutrition Unit at the University of Auckland is looking for 'lean male' volunteers for a trial of a certain dietary fibre. You would be required for six hours over four mornings and will be paid ($200 total). Its not a lot of money but you get to spend six hours talking to a nutritionist for free - not a bad think if you want to find out more about good nutrition. More details below...

"The Human Nutrition Unit at the University of Auckland is looking for lean male volunteers (aged 18-50 years) to take part in a nutrition research study (4 mornings) which investigates the health benefits of a dietary fibre. Gratuity and travel expenses paid. For more information, please contact Dr Fiona Leahy or Jenneke van Drunen at the Human Nutrition Unit. Tel: 630 3744 or email ".

Email me if you want to know more ( d.newstead@auckland.ac.nz ) as I'm already a subject for them. Also, pays not to be squeamish about needles!

climbers (lot of top enders) are probably some of the most lean people around, that and Marathon Runners.
