road trip to castle hill

How would one train for castle hill?
It seems to be a very different climbing style there. What can i do to get less spanked than most people do when they first boulder there

also lots of push ups and get some loose fitting worn out shoes and resole them with stealth.

I am not sure either, but I think implication is that you can forget about edging. Friction and smearing are what to be worried about, so I suppose that the comfort and flexibility of old shoes would be helpful.
