Passwords are case sensitive

And so is your login name. Just thought I'd share that with anybody (like me) who didn't know. I tried to log in a few times in the last few months without caps and it just kept on spitting me out. Could never be bothered to work out why until now ( I have a big research assignment on :o so I need all the ways to procrastinate I can get)!
Speaking of passwords, I have forgotten mine (and had to create a new account to post this message). Does anybody know how to recover/reset paswords or how to change them to something that I can remember.
