New to Auckland from Scotland

Hey!
Name's Jennifer and coming to Auckland to work -love indoor climbing and hope to make new climbing contacts to continue the sport. Graded differently in Scotland but here I climb top roping 6a+ and managing some 6b as well. Not so confident on lead but maybe 6. Good belayer. Anyone happy to meet me for a climb after May 11th? Will go anywhere in Auckland. Thanks. :D

Hmm actually Friday nights are kinda busy too these days. Pretty much all of AURAC is down there Friday evenings. Their friendly though, should be easy getting a belay.

The Auckland Uni climbing club (AURAC) is an easy way to meet climbers and organise trips. You can come down to Extreme Edge on a friday night around 7, just ask at the desk and they will point you to one of us.
Alternatively, club night is on wednesday at the uni recreation center. Say that you are looking to check out the club and you should get free entry.

Thursday night is really busy at the Extreme Edge at the moment, you could probably find a partner that night :) Or you could try one of the quiter nights (mon/tue/fri) for more personal touch.
Just do some bouldering and I am sure someone will come ask you for a belay.
