Free boys only climbing trips to Australia

:wink: :wink: Did anyone see that piece in the paper about a shortage of sperm doners in NSW and the fact that they were looking for guys from NZ to go over and make some deposits, as it were. The incentive go help out the needy aussies was the free airfare and expenses etc. Anyone else think of a free climbing trip? Climbers will go to great lengths to go climbing; I wonder if that includes pulling on your own length?

And that's the kicker, having some clueless 17 year old turning up on your doorstep in 20 years time and expecting you to play daddy.

Plus the article says:

Which isn't exactly a free trip, plus you have to go to Albury. It's not exactly central to anything, except the highway between Melbourne ans Sydney.

Well, not free technically as you do have to do a small amount of 'work' I guess.
Donating sperm is just all far too creepy for me to even consider, ever. No wonder why there is a shortage of willing donors [>_<}

I don't see why people who can't concieve don't adopt children. There are plenty of neglected kids needing good homes, and plus you get to skip the whole childbirth adventure. I would have thought people would be lining up to adopt.

People do line up to adopt. Sure there are plenty of neglected kids about, but they're not up for adoption. It might have something to do with a big fat social welfare cheque each week. Oppps, just opened a big can o' smack talk worms.

I mean 50% of them are women and it seems that Sydney is at least 50% gay. Hang on that might be the problem. Not enough straight men in NSW. :o

i was about to start a thread about the lack of anything interesting going on in smacktalk, but this just about makes up for it.
otherwise i found out that regan got his ugly mug on tv, somebodys having a bitch about grading (again, but that went off topic pretty fast), an idiot lost his shoes (then found them the next day), a nazi died (though he was a good climber), and a couple of tourists have been asking about gear/routes etc (which i dont have anything against, but isnt exacly excition)
