Here's a review for a medial epicondylitis treatment. Almost every climber has suffered from this overuse syndrome.

This is a bit pop-science but might be useful for overuse syndromes

I did a little search and found the "flexbar" they talk about

As a long time sufferer of Tendonitis... ok only nine months.. I have found that the exercises, wrist flexors, wrist curls, bicep kick backs have helped me ten fold. It helps the blood flow after climbing, I do set after set every night with 1kg and 2kg weight.

Also 'cross fibre' massaging works well (gotta really get in there and make it hurt)

And I'm also trying gloucosamine suplements but only on week two, so can't give any details of improvement.

After doing the weight's for last six months, can climb once a week pain free at three grades down from my old level.
