Paul Maxim, the author of the book, is coming down to ChCh in Feb 2012 to give a talk to the CMC about Bill Denz and writing the book.

There was an announcement over a year - two years? - ago that it was to be out within months, but it just never happened. Should be an interesting read, especially the Nepal stuff.
