Climber looking for wheels

Hi 

I am Brit climber arrived 3 weeks ago and staying in Morrinsville nr Hamilton on North Island. Getting desperate to get some wheels, yep i know there's thousands for sale out there but I am having to run the gauntlet of the dodgy dealers and the unknown quantities of Trade Me and auction marts. Anyone wanting to part with a serviceable, economic, station wagon, doesn't need to huge, but big enough to get a bike and climbing gear? Reliable enough to give me six months travel down to SI and back at least twice!!
