does anyone repair cams in NZ?
I have had a spring come loose (but still on) and one side won't retract properly.
not sure if I can take it apart without breaking it.
there's lots of info on the net about repairing the cables, but not so much about springs.

What brand?
There may be parts available eg Southern Approach are the distributors for BD and Wild Country
At one stage various people were replacing cables but I think they are doing other things now

I have seen Wild Country cam repair kits at bivouac before. If not, then there's a shop near Arapiles that does cam repairs that you could send it to.
I don't know of anybody in NZ, but I'd contact the manufacturer (not the distributor) and see what they have to say.
