Straining, Stretching and Sketching !

Unlike the rest of the sads stuck in Auckland bemoaning the custard holiday weather, the lads and lasses headed to the bay along with many other climbers. A fantastic weekend was enjoyed by all - it wasn't the survivor-esque mission some were expecting!. We've got heaps of good pictures coming up for MojoZone shortly, including some great action snaps of Big Red and the incident with the puddle. Chris went mental on the camera getting some nice shots of hard core climbing. My digital also came out to play in between climbs.

The Wharepapa Toll Booth struck once again, instead of relieving Bryce of shoes, this time the Rocknasium has new wall of Pusher Sloper & Organic madness, so if you're wondering where those sick new holds came from they are lent courtesy of Rich, Andy, Tiger, and Mojozone - Remember the P stands for Quality ! We expect to see some hard core problems being set on the main face shortly and nasty moves performed.

PS: If you're going to the Bay remember to pay your access fee to Mere! There are a couple of signs on the way into the bay, and upto the main cliff that mention this.. Please pay the fee, it's only a small price to pay for being able to climb & camp in paradise found. Just go to the second house from the end of the bay (near the main cliff) and ask for Mere.
